At Hairapy we ship orders at preset rates. Orders above $2499 are eligible for free shipping. Please refer to the calculated shipping rates below.

Shipping Rates:

​Max Shipping rate is $50 per order. Orders above $2499 receive Free Shipping world wide.

Shipping fee for orders between $0 and $499 =  $50

Shipping Fee for orders between $500 and 999 = $40

Shipping Fee for orders between $1000 and $2499 = $30

Orders over $2500 = Free Shipping

Minimum order price

Orders can be made of any size however, the shipping charge for small orders is $50 which are mainly equipment and tools. It is much more effective to combine the order with your extensions to receive a better shipping rate.

Orders will only be send out when full payment is received.

Delivery times.

We aim to ship your order between 5-10 business days. Every order is specifically made to your specifications and is produced on demand.

Taxes and import duties

Taxes, import duties and any other fee involved in receiving the order is the liability of the customer. We do not accept any liability forthcoming out of individual countries rules, regulation and laws.

Missing parcels

The orders that are send out are all trackable, including signature and or photographic evidence of where the parcel was left behind (only if you have agreed to this) by third parties like local carriers. In case a parcel gets missing we urge you to take immediate action and inform us of this. We will look from our end to what happened with the parcel and to where it is traceable.
