Terms and Conditions & Returns and Exchanges – Human Hair Extensions

At Hairapy Extensions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality, we offer exchanges for items of equal value or store credit. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. This policy applies exclusively to human hair extensions and is subject to the conditions outlined below. 1. General Eligibility

  • Exchanges or store credits are available for eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • All returned items must be in salable condition, unused, and with original packaging intact.

  • Items marked as "clearance" are final sale, sold "as is," and are not eligible for exchange, return, or credit.

Important Note on Discounts: If the original item was purchased with a discount, only the actual amount paid (excluding shipping fees) will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for human hair extensions under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been chemically altered, modified, or treated in any way, including but not limited to straightening, perms, coloring, or other chemical processes.

  • Products that have been installed or altered, including but not limited to washing, brushing, combing, or cutting.

  • Returns due to allergic reactions. Any allergies must be reported during the initial consultation before purchase.

  • Items without prior approval from Hairapy Extensions (see Section 3 for process).

Hairapy Extensions is not responsible for any costs associated with hair installation, removal, or styling.

3. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact Us via the website contact form here. Returns or exchanges shipped without approval will not be honored.

  • Once approved, we will send you details for returning the item to us.

  • Include a copy of the sales invoice with your package. If the invoice is lost or damaged, provide a typed or written document including:

    • Company name (if applicable)

    • Contact name

    • Phone number

    • Address

    • Description of the items being returned/exchanged

All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. Quality Claims Procedure

For issues related to product quality, such as bad batches, dryness, tangling/matting, shedding, color fading/running, or other defects:

  • Contact us through the contact page to report the claim and obtain approval.

  • Send the order of the affected hair extension to Hairapy for testing (sufficient to allow for proper evaluation, such as a small section or portion).

  • The product will be tested to determine the cause of the issue.

  • A determination and resolution will be provided within 5 business days of receipt.

5. Shipping Responsibilities
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to ensure safe delivery and allow for tracking if needed.

  • Hairapy Extensions is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
